Anybody can participate and pass-by in person to drop-off their CV and photos. The interviewers will then select the CVs that match the required profile. Successful candidates will be given the details of the Assessment Day.

This is an informative session where you can have the chance to meet the recruitment representatives and find out more about the airline. At the end, the candidates can drop their CV. The interviewers will screen the CVs and will call back the short listed candidates to participate in an Assessment Day. Depending on the number of CVs, the Assessment Day will be scheduled for the same day or for the following day.

After you create your profile and complete your application on the airline’s career website, your application will be reviewed and you will be called for the Assessment Day. During this day, you will go through a series of tests and interviews. Every round of interviews will establish who is qualified for the next round. If the day starts with 100 people, after the first test only 80 will be invited for the second test. After the second test, only 60 will be invited for the next round, etc.
