Etihad Cabin Crew Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 at the time of application
- Minimum height of 163 cm
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- High school graduate (Grade 12 or equivalent)
- A genuine passion for people, travel and new experiences
- Positive, confident, flexible and approachable attitude
- Adaptable to fast-paced, ever-changing environments
- Comfortable working irregular hours on a roster basis
- Able to work effectively within diverse, multicultural teams
- Committed to onboard safety and strict adherence to procedures
- No visible tattoos while wearing the Etihad cabin crew uniform (cosmetic or bandage coverings are not permitted)
- Strong sense of personal style, presentation and professionalism
Etihad Cabin Crew Recruitment Process
If your application stands out, you’ll be invited to one of Etihad’s Cabin Crew Assessment Days, run by their Recruitment team around the world. On the day, you’ll take part in interactive group activities, complete aptitude and English language assessments, and join a final interview about your experience, motivation, and what excites you about the role.

Start by completing the Cabin Crew Worldwide online application. Etihad isn’t affiliated with any Cabin Crew or Flight Attendant academies, but students from these academies are welcome to apply.
