Etihad Cabin Crew Requirements

  • Minimum age: 21 years old
  • Minimum height: 163 cm (no reach test required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
  • High standard of personal grooming (no visible tattoos or piercings; one earring per lobe permitted for females)
  • Clean criminal record and ability to travel without restrictions
  • Willingness to serve alcohol (including during Ramadan) and comply with UAE & GCAA requirements
  • Ability to swim with a flotation device

Etihad Cabin Crew Recruitment Process

Here’s what you can expect as you progress through the selection stages: 

Complete an online application form and submit your CV along with a photo.

If successful, you’ll complete an online English test and video interview.

If shortlisted, you’ll complete the full application and sign the relevant declarations.

If shortlisted for the last stage of the selection process, you’ll be invited to an in-person group assessment followed by a face-to-face interview.
