What are the Emirates cabin crew requirements?
According to Emirates, you must be at least 21 years old, at least 160 cm tall and able to reach 212 cm, fluent in written and spoken English (other languages are an advantage), and have no visible tattoos while in the Emirates cabin crew uniform.
How much do Emirates cabin crew earn?
Emirates publishes a basic salary of AED 4,980 a month for Grade II (Economy Class) cabin crew, plus flying pay of AED 69.6 an hour based on an average of 80 to 100 hours a month, for an average of AED 11,244 a month. Furnished accommodation with utilities, transport to work, 24-hour worldwide insurance and staff travel benefits are provided.
What happens at an Emirates Open Day?
The recruitment team first introduces the role. Then comes the assessment, with group activities and an online test at the venue, followed by a final interview for the candidates who progress. Bring a valid ID and have digital copies of your CV in English, your education certificate and your passport ready to share.
What is the difference between an Emirates Open Day and an Assessment Day?
An Open Day is a walk-in event: you arrive with your documents, no online application needed. An Assessment Day is invite-only: you apply online first and attend only if Emirates invites you.
